I've been a regular at Festival West for three years now. Today, for the second time, I bought a cherry pie and ended up with an apple pie - which really annoyed me. Despite that, I enjoy the specials and deals they offer, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Festival Foods is definitely one of the top grocery stores in Green Bay, in my opinion.
