I had a wonderful dining experience at a restaurant with excellent food and fantastic Southwest-inspired decor. The host and hostess were very gracious, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The food specials were unique and delicious, and the large portions made it a great value for the price.

Excellent Tex Mex food (best around), friendly attentive staff, well done. Consistently good. Nice bar, attractive dining room. Well worth a visit; we will be back soon! Note: We spent 2 months crossing Texas (including lunch in Terlingua) plus time in Arizona and Freddys Tex-Mex in Hatley WI is as good or better than any we experienced there! If you like well seasoned Tex-Mex food and have the option with your selection, I suggest "medium" hot which I found to be pleasantly 'zesty' at Freddys.
