While my experience was generally pleasant with attentive staff and excellent hash browns, I was put off by Kaitlyn's rude attitude on the phone and in the restaurant, though I still plan to return despite the chilly atmosphere.

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant, as the staff were attentive and efficient, but one employee, Kaitlyn, was particularly rude and tried to micromanage the kitchen. Despite this, the food was excellent and came out quickly, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider returning, though I would bring a sweater next time as it was a bit cold inside.
