Our experience at Glass Nickel was not quite what we expected with a 2-1/2 star rating. The food and service were both exceptional, and the staff were energetic, friendly, and helpful. Despite the new location not quite matching the vibe of the old building, the overall experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning on future visits to Madison.
