I tried out this older family restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Last week, I dropped in for lunch and got seated right away, with the hostess serving me a cup of coffee immediately. I opted for the ham and cheese club, which came with a cup of homemade soup, choice of potato, homemade cold slaw, and pickles. The portion size and price were both pretty good. The server was friendly and attentive, and the food itself was very satisfying.
