Rolling into Sturgeon Bay, the Greystone instantly pulls you in with its walls adorned by hunting trophies staring you down and an old-school bar vibe that's equal parts cozy and quirky. I dove headfirst into their massive Prime Rib Sandwich-thick, juicy, perched atop a buttery slab of Texas toast with a side of au jus that made each bite heavenly-and washed it down with some crispy onion rings that could convert any skeptic. Friendly staff, solid drinks, and a menu packed with comfort food classics make this joint the kind of place where you'll want to linger, swap stories, and plan your next visit before you've even finished your meal.
