Yesterday at about 5pm. I entered this location for dinner. However, there was 1 person working(she was trying) there for four people waiting for their orders to be filled( I'm assuming this simply because they had drinks and were standing near condiment area/drink station). There were 2 more people waiting at counter to place there order. But I saw NO ONE GETTING THEIR FOOD or anyone taking their order. I waited about 5 minutes no one asked may I help you since I only saw one employee!! In my mind I said the Heck with this got back in my car went across street and ate at Culvers. What a waste of my time even going in there NEVER AGAIN
