I go to Hong Anh often. In fact so often some of the staff recognize on sight. Their dumplings take about 20 minutes to be prepared so I'd suggest ordering them right away with your drink order. They are worth the wait. All of the menu items I have tried have been consistently delicious.
Also, if you want to " customize " a dish if you have allergies, don't like a certain vegetable or whatever else, the waitstaff and the kitchen staff is more than accommodating.
I appreciate good value, delicious food, and excellent service which is why I go here so often.

This restaurant consistently has excellent Chinese food. The sauces used in the recipes are heavenly. The vegetables are always fresh. The egg drop soup is the best I've ever had. They use real chicken broth as a base. The carry outs are always ready when I get there.
