The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a unique retro vibe that really stands out, though I did find the lack of blackout curtains a bit odd since the thin white curtains don't block light or provide much privacy at night. The staff throughout the hotel are genuinely friendly and helpful, making check-in, valet, and even special requests feel effortless and welcoming. Between the convenient downtown location, delicious food at Oggie's, and cool spots like Puffer Fish Tiki, it's been a consistently enjoyable experience for both special occasions and casual stays.

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Metro in Milwaukee. The room was nice, but it would have been even better with blackout curtains. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
