This Chinese restaurant in La Crosse is still my top pick, and they focus a lot on takeout so the dining area is usually quiet without the need for reservations, unless you're with a big group. I enjoy starting off with their pot stickers - the dough is thicker, the filling is generous, and the sauce is fantastic, but they do take a bit of time to prepare so it's best to order them when you first sit down. I tend to go for dishes with plenty of veggies alongside the protein, although many menu items lean more towards protein with just a few veggies. The specialty dishes offer a more intricate experience, while others are simpler and similar to what you'd find at other Chinese restaurants. One thing I appreciate is that their dishes aren't overly greasy like some other places, and the leftovers always taste great even a day or two later.
