I have a special connection to this location, formerly known as Ike Walton Lodge, where I worked after graduating from high school in 1994. It holds sentimental value as the venue for our 20-year high school reunion and many other memorable nights. The prime rib sandwich, especially on Sunday nights, is a must-try with its delicious combination of mushrooms, fried onions, and cheese on grilled bread. The resort exudes a nostalgic charm reminiscent of classic lake getaways, offering good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and stunning views of the lake - making it an ideal choice for gatherings like weddings or family reunions.
