Floors and presentation of restaurant sitting area very dirty.. Floors haven't had a good cleaning in quite sometime.. 4 younger staff were working and were very attentive to customers ordering and waiting- great job!! Though they were more worried about the music playlist during there downtime then cleaning the seating are and sweeping.. Dreamsicle had null to zero flavor and it was very dissapointing...
Also ice cream was so soft and melty it was dripping off of cones that were being handed to customers before even leaving restaurant.. Cones of ice cream were just messy with globs of ice cream thrown on top.. Very dissapointing visit.. Hope to have a better experience next time..

Messy place. Staff has much difficulty getting simple orders correct.

Cold, burned cheeseburger with burned onions and slab of unmelted cheese. How'd they ever do that! Took over 30 minutes for order. Totally incompetent staff.
