I really enjoy Lakeshore for their delicious breakfast options and their Friday fish fry is always a hit. The service has consistently been good with friendly and attentive waitresses. The menu offers a variety of dishes to choose from, and the food is always tasty and served promptly.

I have never had a bad experience with the food at this restaurant. My late husband and I are there often and we were always treated nice by the owner and the staff. I have been gone for a few years and I guess things have changed. I was meeting a friend there Friday afternnon and I arrived first. The young man at the cash rregister brought 2 glasses of water, 2 menus and siverware wrapped in napkins for 2 settings. When my friend arrived we decided it would be better to sit at the back of the restaurant and we moved back while I told the young man we were moving. We took everything with us and went back ribs table. We were visiting and chatting away, when but I did let a waitress know that we were ready to order. She gave me a cute nod and walked away. The restaurant was not busy, but we started to notice that people were coming in after us and getting waited on before us. When it became obvious that we were being ignored and were not going to get anybody to wait on us, we stood up nd although I am usually the shy one, I loudly let everyone in the restaurant and in the kitchen know why we were leaving. In the old days a manager or the owner would have come out and asked what was wrong, but the staff we could see just laughed. We spend a decent amount of money when we go out and we took our money to the Silvercryst, right down the road. They were happy to serve us and we left a tip that reflected the wonderful service and food we had that night. Never going back to Lakeshore Family Restaurant again and I suggest you don't, either.
