Haven't gone to mcdonalds for a long time because of bad service. Today I thought would be different, but it wasn't. The same old thing, couldn't get my meal right. Asked for the big breakfast meal with hot cakes. Well they forgot to put in the hashbrowns, again. So I thought well maybe they dont add hash browns when you get the cakes with. So then I looked it up on their menu, and yes, that meal is supposed to be sausage, eggs, biscuit, hot cakes, and yes hash browns. Guess I'll stop going there again for longer.

Was not impressed the employees were goofing off with friends and other employees. Poor service. Fries were hard and cold. Burger was not cooked still bloody. Not very clean a lot of yelling from employees in back to employees in front counter. Needs more supervision

Stopped in after the movies tonight for some ice cream and fries. It was about 1145pm. There were 3 people working. And only a few other customers eating. Fast food does not take 30 minutes! Hamburgers fries and ice cream? We were treated like our business was not wanted because it was close to closing. On top of waiting for our food ... Once we received our order the fries were greasy like they were cooked in old not properly heated oil. Then we didn't get our drink
Sorry for being such an inconvenience! We will never stop again and I WILL take every opportunity to share our experience with friends and family.
