In the last three weeks the drive up service at this McDonalds has been TERRIBLE. Long lines, long wait times. I have pulled away at least once and driven into Madison to a McDonalds. I went inside 10-8-17 the cashier was leaning on the counter, the person ahead of me was a worker at McDonalds ordering food. The two went back and forth over the order, a manager was called up to put in a discount. All this time their was no acknowledgement of a customer waiting or no urge to speed it up. Two people were waiting for their orders the two orders were similar and got mixed up. Not sure the one gentleman got what he paid for, but both seemed to have been waiting awhile. A friend was telling of her visit the end of September on a Sat. She waited in drive up line several minutes then went inside. She said it was a mad house, orders were mixed up, people were coming in from the drive up complaining, one young worker was telling others to return to their stations, she left without food. Not acceptable

The last three times I have gone through the drive thru I have gotten the WRONG order !! I can understand once, maybe twice, but THREE times??? How hard can it be to make a double hamburger w/o onions??? I have gotten cheese, double cheese ( which I cannot eat), I have also gotten cheese, lettuce and tomato on the burger. I enjoy McDonald's but not this one!!
