Waited 25 minutes for 1 egg mc muffin and 1 order of hot cakes and order of hash browns. Hash browns were so oily and tasted like stale oil. Hot cakes were cold in the middle. This location has gone totally downhill- unfortunately not corporate owned ( employee shared that info with me)

The last 2 times I have been there to get an iced coffee, the lines are long in the drive-thru so I go inside, both times they have forgotten about my order.
The same people were waiting in drive-thru when I left and people inside were still waiting for orders that were there before me.
NO ONE was in the drive thru window but everyone was standing around waiting to bag food, why not get drink orders and maybe get organized inside.
I guess it's back to Starbucks for me!
