Management and staff are terrible. They give off the feeling of I don't want to be here and could care less about any customers. Tables are dirty and they don't keep up with ketchup or salt packs or napkins. I could go on and on. The drive through takes forever and then when they finally come on you can't understand what they are saying. Then you wait forever to get the order,

I have tried this McDonald's several times...bad service and employees that seem to feel like they want to be anywhere but working here.
2 out 3 times my order was wrong,plus no napkins in the drive thru orders.

Stopped into Port Washington Rd, Mequon McDonald's today around 9:45 am. The individual that was suppose to be manning the register was back by the cooks. When she did come close to the counter, I asked her if anyone was working the register. She said "yes, me" and then walked away. I waited 10 minutes and left. This and the Glendale McDonald's are the worst I have ever experienced. They need to screen for better employees that don't feel like it's a chore to come to work.
