The food was cold dry and tasted old ,I felt I should give you another chance. I did and still the same old cold food!!!!!!

I gave such high ratings today not cause of food, and not because of most of your workers, except for one person who made my yucky day a lot brighter. Lucas Aston , I hope that's his name . He greeted me, and said I'm sorry your having a bad and I only hope it gets better, with a smile and very bright face, and I knew he was so genuine . He made me feel so much better. He is your asset at mcdonalds in jefferson
