On a recent trip driving through Wisconsin, my husband and I stopped at a charming cafí© called Norske Nook in Osseo. The hearty potato pancakes were a standout, and we couldn't resist coming back for lunch and a slice of delicious blackberry pie on our way home. Despite the brusque service during our return visit, we will definitely make a point to drop by again the next time we're traveling through Wisconsin.
