Is this restaurant open everyday? I cant find anywhere the hours of business!

Bar experience: Waitress was friendly, appetizers were really good and unexpected.

Hostess experience: The older woman, I believe is the owner, was not paying attention to the people she was seating. She was more concerned with telling other people about her knee operation that she felt the surgeon had done something wrong. The younger hostess, I believe may have been the daughter, was inappropriately dressed. She was wearing a halter top with her back and armpits exposed, her sunglasses on top of her head like she just came in off the street, and sandals with no type of socks on her feet. I'm no health inspector, but I don't believe that would pass the inspection. I believe that would be considered a health violation.

Appetizer and salad: The appetizer was wonderful. The dinner salad was good, but the Caesar salad was horrible. It was some type of oil and vinegar with stale croutons. The dinner roll would best be served with the salad in our opinion.

Dinner: Prime rib with lobster tail. The prime rib looked beautiful but ended up not having much flavor and it was a little tough. The au jus tasted like it was made with bullion and the asparagus was boiled to death.

We've eaten there a few times before and were impressed each time until now. The whole experience this trip was nothing to brag about.
