01/29/2020 - Very Dissappointed
High prices for "fast food" quality. Waited about an hour to be seated. Looked at the salad bar before ordering and it was pretty depleted. The bar tender eventually brought out a bag of lettuce and dumped it in the bowl, but toppings were not refilled. Ordered a burger and Philly Cheesesteak and cheese curds. Burger was ok, but Philly Cheesesteak was one thin slice of meat that had a slice of processed swiss cheese that didn't even fill the brat bun it was served on, and the cheese curds tasted like processed cheese, not real cheese - this IS Wisconsin where real cheese is preferred. When the waitress asked how we were enjoying our meal we told her we were not very disappointed in the quality of the food and she said, "unfortunately, I can't do anything about that". So we told her she could relay the message to the owner. As we were putting our coats on to leave, the owner finally came over. His response to the situation was simply "well, at least we have something to improve on". Never offered a complimentary drink, a little something off the bill, a gift certificate to bring us back...nothing! So we will never go back
