I was genuinely surprised by the quality and quantity of the food, especially the fried chicken and prime rib, which turned out to be some of the best I've had in the Tomah area. Alexis did an amazing job managing the bar and serving everyone, clearly handling a busy night almost single-handedly, and the staff overall was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. While the only downside was having to use an outdoor porta potty, the delicious meals, great drink options, and warm atmosphere made for a memorable experience that I'd gladly return to.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at the cozy, off-the-beaten-path restaurant. The bar was expertly tended by Alexis, who also managed the bustling crowd as the only waitress. The quality and quantity of the food, especially the fried chicken, exceeded my expectations, making it the best dining experience of my vacation. I hope they consider adding WiFi to enhance the overall experience.

Friday night fish fry is best in the area. Love their salad bar too. We come as often as possible.

We love Smitty's! The food there is superb and they have the freshest salad bar and home made soup! The New York Steak is the very best we have had since we came to this area 20 years ago! My mouth is watering just thinking about Smitty's.
