Arrived in Green Bay late and after some desk work, it was nearly 11 p.m. Received a few late-night food recommendations from locals, so checked online for places open past midnight, but they were all closed. Ended up at Toppers, ordering loaded breadsticks and wings, which were ready in less than thirty minutes. The food was perfect, especially the hot loaded breadsticks with a variety of toppings and dips. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable.
