The Oxtails and Jerk Chicken is great. It has just the right amount of spicyness. The service could have been better but overall I would recommend this place to anyone.

The food was horrible!!!. Not like any caribbean food I've ever tasted. The staff was rude. There wasn't much sit down space, and no available bathroom for paying customers. I'll never eat at any of their chain restaurants ever again. Unfortunately, I rate this place 1's across the board!

The staff is not very helpful and they give men a heartier helping of food than women, and they charge the same price. Often times the food is too spicy to eat and I love spicy food. I have returned the jerk chicken twice because it was not fully cooked.
