I didn't have any plans in DC for a foodie adventure, so I decided to wing it and see where the day took me. We casually walked in around 4, got a reservation for 6, and returned after freshening up. We ended up ordering the Cheese and Charcuterie Plate, Pork Loin Roast, Tagliatelle, and some cocktails - everything was fantastic, and the portions were so generous that I had to leave a bit behind. The staff were amazing, and the whole experience at Bistro Bis was just wonderful!
