Marie is hands down the best bartender I've encountered in ages, effortlessly juggling tasks while still making time for a friendly chat. The vibe at Kelly's is perfect for anyone looking to escape the pretentious bar scene in DC, with delicious food and cheap drinks that hit the spot. I found myself returning multiple times during my trip, drawn in by the laid-back atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu that offers fantastic chicken tenders and crispy onion rings!
