avoid. better to buy frozen meal, zap it and eat, comfortable with the knowledge that its only been zapped once, and didnt sit out for days growing toxins.
my takeout order was ready in 4 minutes flat (an early warning sign.. ). Meal had clear lid, and I could see garnish had some discoloration that looked like mold. upon opening, the garnish stank. Also, pieces of tomato throughout the meal were super hot, while other bits and pieces were luke warm- signs a microwave was used to zap my 'few days old' (hopefully!?!) fridge dweller before it got close to my chopsticks.
So- I tossed it. move on, plenty more to see in that area of DC.

clearly this place had nose dived since someone stumbled in there and said "yum". stale food, somber service. This place needs Chef Ramsay and some TV cameras zooming in on gross stuff I imagine will not be hard to find here.

Best Thai in Foggy Bottom. We eat here at least once a week.
