Great food for cheap. Really a nice reprieve from the high prices in DC

This is my favorite sushi restaurant. I especially love the lunch buffet. Super fresh food and great price! My husband and I eat here about 3 times a week we love it that much!!!

please stop calling a korean restaurant.

i didn't even recognize korean foods when got to my table.

way too sweet and greasy for korean food, and was not prepared correctly... cheap meat that will break your jar.

Kuma is a wonderful place! It is calm, gentle, respectful. It is a refreshing change from its flashy and noisy neighbor, Neisha. There are superb Korean dishes here, a vast variety of excellent sushi, perfect seaweed salad, many nice Japanese dishes, including feather-light tempura and pleasing selections for vegetarians. Our waitress recently remembered EXACTLY what we had ordered when visiting a month ago and was able to make recommendations based on her perfect recollection! I did not know I cared for Korean or Japanese fare until my first visit here. Now I even take away with me a large order of kimchi when I leave. A generous serving for 4 costs $5, and I lunch on this spicy cabbage quite often. Don't miss Kuma.

This place is nice. Went there for dinner; sushi is good; not the greatest sushi I've had in DC, but it is good and not too expensive. Beer is a bit overpriced. They have a sushi buffet lunches from 11-2 i think for $12 which isnt a bad deal. overall, a nice place and good service.

Warm service. Very good Korean food. I go there just for the Korean food. Wish they had a bigger Korean menu. Will be coming back regularly since Korean restaurants are scarce in the district. Portions are enormous!
