I work down the street from this place, and every time I go there (which is about once every two weeks), I am always interrupted by the order taker with "You want cheese?"

Here is today's interaction:

BK: May I hep you nex?
Me: I'd like a #1, no catsup, n...
BK: (overbearingly) You wan chiss???
Me: (frustrated-closing eyes in silence) No, thank you.
BK: A #1, no chiss, no catsup...
Me: No catsup, no pickles with a Diet Coke to go, please....

I know that BK makes a lot of profit by selling slices of cheese to customer's who might not otherwise order it, but I go there often enough for them to know that I do not want any "chiss."

Second, let me finish my order before you start offering options or asking questions. That's just plain courtesy.

The food is fine and the place appears to be clean, but the service just plain sucks.
