I discovered Bambu shortly after it opened, and was delighted to find such a selection of delicious food at reasonable prices. However, Bambu is not what it used to be. The prices have risen, while the quality has declined; but worst of all, the service is utterly appalling. It's quite common for the waitstaff to completely ignore your existence, and even if you do manage to get their attention, they are rude and dismissive. They treat their customers as though they are a nuisance, and it's shocking how disrespectful they can be. I can only conclude that they don't really care about their customers at all, which is a shame. I've continued going to this place far too long, hoping that my experiences were flukes, but alas, this rudeness is the new norm. Take your business elsewhere; that's what I'll be doing.
