The sushi meal before the Kennedy Center show was exceptional, with standout dishes like the seaweed salad served with dressing on the side, flavorful grilled octopus, and a mind-blowing salmon roll featuring pickled pineapple and basil. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and creative tasting menu featuring unique nigiri like Arctic char and Hawaiian walu made for an unforgettable dining experience that I'm eager to repeat.
