I picked up a 14" pizza with hot honey and pepperoni from Monterey, and it really hit the spot. The service was impressively fast, and the crust was just right, making for a satisfying meal. Over the years, I've enjoyed their consistently good pizza, and I love how welcoming the staff is every time I visit.

Recently, I picked up a 14" pizza with hot honey and pepperoni from Monterey. It was decent and satisfied my pizza craving in the neighborhood.

We've lived in the area for five years, and have finally had enough. The food is decent--not great, but decent. However, I am beyond sick and tired of their horrible phone manners, their consistently late delivery, and their lies when we call to ask where the food is or if they'll really deliver what we asked for. My husband and I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, but this is one we would like to see replaced. Most recent case in point: I placed our order at 6:20 pm... at 7:18, we called and they said, it'll just be two more minutes... it's now 7:58. Last time we were dumb enough to order from them, the pizza arrived cold, soggy, and underdone. My advice: KEEP AWAY FROM MONTEREY'S!
