Amazing food amazing service

Visited this pizzeria with a group and had a pleasant time enjoying pizza together. The service was attentive and the food was satisfying, although one member of our group had a mix-up with their order. The restaurant has new owners now, and we wish them luck in their endeavors. Remember to carefully read the menu to ensure your order matches your preferences, as crust options may vary between establishments.

The group of people from the village that I belong to use to go to Charlies at least once a month. We have not been there since the COVID 19 pandemic hit. The reason is that the cooks do not wear masks or gloves while preparing the food. The wait staff sometimes do not wear masks or gloves.
I don't like the idea of either the cooks or the waiters breathing on my pizza before I get it.
If the situation changes, we may come back.
I personally asked the day manager to have the owner call me, since she refused to give me the owners phone number. She insisted that the staff was following all the guidelines laid out by the owner.
I have heard nothing from them.

In general, the food is greatly improved from the previous ownership. Today, though, the bun on my sandwich was badly burned. The staff walking through the restaurant, in the presence of customers, were not displaying the courtesy of wearing masks. That is irresponsible. The negative experience was compounded by the toilet stall in the men's room being nasty. There were feces on the toilet lid and on the floor, along with considerable used toilet paper. Someone is not paying attention.
