I looked for a direct email address, couldn't find one, so I reluctantly make my suggestions in public.
It is great to use different shaped plates, round and square, it adds interest to the setting. However, square plates should be used for those dishes that do not have much sauce. Passing a square plate with sauce causes the sauce to slosh from the plate at the corners. Our table was quite messy after dousing it with the sauce. Use round plates for dishes with sauce. Luckily, it didn't slosh on my wife's dress.
Pad Thai has long noodles - obviously - so including only a spoon as a serving utensil is inadequate for serving family style. Very inconvenient struggling to serve others, could be messy, and no one wants to go home wearing their dinner, no matter how tasty. Instead, provide a large fork as well as a spoon for serving. This will allow a much more pleasant experience for your patrons who order this iconic dish.
I am a fan of your place, consider it a "find", and want you to do well. These suggestions are offered in that spirit.
All the best
