Sushi B offers a simple menu with traditional rolls, and while the prices are a bit higher, the quality is impressive. The service is friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant choice for fresh sushi, especially during happy hour when the rolls are at a great price.

I appreciate straightforward, traditional sushi flavors. The skilled chef at Sushi B prepares quality rolls, although the unexpected cream cheese in the salmon roll caught me off guard. While the tuna roll was enjoyable, be aware that the taste may lean towards a California roll style. Despite a minor register hiccup, the attentive service and accommodating staff left a positive impression on me.
