Pie arrived 15 minutes late but that was not why it was awful. Ordered pie with extra cheese and the pie was precooked then they added the cheese which was not melted. All items ordered arrived cold and hard which is not explained in an extra 15 minutes. I went against my better judgment, because my preferred shop was closed, and was sorely disappointed.
