The service provided by Crystal at this hidden dining spot beneath the Outlook restaurant was exceptional, with a welcoming smile. The catfish dish is a must-try, and the deck at Walter's offers a stunning view of the Ohio River, where we enjoyed a relaxing time with cold drinks and engaging conversations with local patrons. The variety of beers on tap, including Shock Top, Stella, and Spaten Lager, were pleasant surprises, making a return visit to Walter's highly likely if we find ourselves in the area again.
