The sushi here blew me away, especially since I'm used to the great stuff in San Diego. The friendly staff and fresh flavors, like the Jalapeño crab sticks and Tiger roll, made the experience unforgettable, despite a bit of a wait.

The sushi at Umi was surprisingly excellent, considering my high standards from San Diego. The omakase style prepared by Marlon, Jason, Mark, and Frankie was fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the Jalapeño crab sticks and the Wildcat roll, which were both delicious and unique.
