Eating healthy is made easy at Sandra's - it's been a favorite spot of mine since 2008 when I discovered their delicious plate lunches. I love the chicken shawarma and grilled salmon days, which are always in my rotation of must-have healthy meals. Plus, they offer a great selection of pantry and fridge items at affordable prices.

more restaurants like Sandra's should be available. We American's wouldn't be as sickly as we are.
