About 2 weeks ago, I swung by to grab a few things and couldn't resist checking out the garden soil display outside. Ended up snagging a big bag for my bulbs. When I was struggling to load it into my cart, Becky swooped in like a superhero and offered a hand - major kudos to her for being so observant and helpful! Always a good time at this club in Slidell. Michael, the manager from Baton Rouge, really saved the day by going above and beyond to sort out a tricky situation the regular staff couldn't handle. Super grateful for the awesome customer service - big shoutout to Michael!
