Love this taco truck - the people are friendly and the food is authentic and delicious, just like So Cal. I do wish the truck would stay put, though - where did you go, Border Taco truck?! By far my favorite food truck, they offer a mix of authentic Mexican and American-style dishes that are worth the hunt. They're usually around University Ave in St. Paul, but give them a call to find out where they'll be next and maybe even pre-order your meal for pickup.
