About two weeks ago I went to the restaurant with a gift certificate from restaurant.com. The owner did not accept our certificate (after we had ordered) and made no effort to assist us claiming that he was not to blame because his restaurant was placed on restaurant.com without his authority. Well guess what Owner of Catracho?! Three weeks later your restaurant is still selling gift certificates on the restaurant.com website (misleading the public) perhaps to get free publicity and not providing the service when the client gets to his restaurant.
This is not the way to do business and as per restaurant.com customer service the owner never called them in the last three weeks (and beyond since I purchased the certificate on March 10) to report the fraud or ask that his restaurant be removed from the site.
Do not give business to such a crooked person.
