La Costeñita in Hillsborough is a local favorite of mine. The deviled shrimp wrap is a dish I often crave, with perfectly cooked shrimp and a delicious combination of spicy chipotle sauce and sweet plantains. The service for our pickup order was efficient and the ambiance, although unassuming, was nicely decorated with ample seating.
