The white slice with broccoli I tried at Gabby's was surprisingly delicious. Despite living far away, I can't help but imagine trying more of their menu if I were closer. With great food, reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and a wide selection of dishes, Gabby's is a standout in my book.

Just passing thru Hackettstown & stopped at Gabby's! What a wonderful surprise! I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich & it was the best I have every had! The bread was nicely toasted so it didn't get soggy with just the right amount of sauce & cheese!. The eggplant was tender! The atmosphere was extremely friendly too! Felt like a real family place. I will make another trip there soon!
