This intimate venue offers excellent acoustics and a friendly staff that goes above and beyond, making every show a memorable experience. With a cozy outdoor beer garden, simple yet delicious bar food, and a diverse lineup of talented artists, it's a fantastic place to enjoy live music up close.

The Stanhope House is a cozy music venue with fantastic acoustics and a friendly bar staff. I first visited years ago for a Rusted Root show and had a blast in the packed crowd. Recently, I've been enjoying the diverse lineup of artists in this historic roadhouse setting, most recently catching a Side Cars tribute band that put on an amazing show. The outdoor Beer Garden is a charming spot to relax and enjoy live music, especially now that it's been expanded for the summer of '21.

The service is terrible. I ordered a burger and it took over 2 hours to get it. Why serve food if you can't complete the "serve" part of it.

In addition the drink service is slow. It took a full 10 minutes to even be recognized. In my opinion, a $20 cover charge should cover something more than the band.

I lay this at the feet of ownership. This is just bad business and I won't be patronizing them again.
