My husband and I eat at Ponche Willie's several times a month. The food is great and the service is the very best. We are recognized by name when we're seated. We recommend Pancho Willie's to our friends as the best mexican restaurant in Reno.

We have tried this place 3 times hoping for the best. It was HORRILE. The service was terrible, the food was horrible. No flavor what so ever. We saw a lot of people drinking and no service. You had to be drinking to get the food down. It has to have been salsa out of a jar. The refried beans were crunchy, like left over from a few days before. The Spanish rice must have come out of a box NEVER again. We go to the Western Village ALOT, like 3-4 times a week. We ALWAYS get great food and service at the other restrants and bars there. They need to make Poncho and Willies just disappear.
