Just picked up my favorite meal from Rachel's in UB Commons and it was as delicious as ever! The fresh ingredients in the chicken rice bowl were spot on, making it my go-to choice. Since my time at UB, Rachel's has really stepped up their game with new options and improved service. The Mediterranean flavors never disappoint, especially the chicken Schwarma - it's heavenly!
