I was celebrating my buddy's 50th in NYC when my sister-in-law suggested checking out Red Rooster, and the chicken and waffles totally blew me away with flavors that surprised my southern palate. The vibe was lively with great live music, attentive service from Guadalupe, and dishes like fried chicken, mac & greens, and seafood pasta that kept me coming back for more.
