After moving to Eugene from Austin, I found El Super Taco serves some of the most authentic Mexican food I've had in the Pacific Northwest, with favorites like the chorizo breakfast burrito, Al Pastor, and carnitas tacos. The service is consistently quick, the staff friendly, and the menu offers a wide variety of flavorful options that keep me coming back regularly.

Having just relocated to Eugene from Austin, my husband and I discovered El Super Taco, which serves the most authentic tacos we've encountered. While we've sampled other restaurants, none compare to the deliciousness of the chorizo breakfast burrito or the flavorful chicken and carnitas tacos. The fast service and friendly staff make every visit enjoyable, and I find myself eagerly returning to try more from their extensive menu.

I ordered two dinners last night. Was starving. The carne asada dinner and tacos. My friend ordered the burrito. Everything delicious. Enjoyed sitting in their red booths.

This is by far the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Eugene Great food and fair prices.
