Kraven's had the most disgusting service ever. The poor female, who was left all alone to manage the whole place by herself, had been there less than 1 week. The big older female (40- 60 years of age with black hair) did NOT help at all. Between the two of them, it was the worst service I have ever seen!!! The guys near us had to BEG for napkins; my husband could not get a fork for anything! The most basic customer service was completely lacking.
